1. Who we are
This website is operated by NCM Technology Ltd, trading as RecruitmentStrike ("we", "us", "our"). RecruitmentStrike is the recruitment operations Strike built on the StrikeStack platform.
For personal data collected through this website, NCM Technology Ltd is the data controller. Questions about this policy or our use of your information can be sent to:
NCM Technology Ltd t/a RecruitmentStrikeprivacy@recruitmentstrike.com
2. What this policy covers
This policy covers visits to recruitmentstrike.com, including business enquiries made through the website. The contact form is for people who want to discuss RecruitmentStrike; it is not a candidate-application or CV-upload service.
RecruitmentStrike customers may separately use the product to process information about clients, roles, candidates and candidate documents. That product use is not governed by this website policy. It is governed by the relevant customer agreement, data-processing terms and the customer's own privacy information. If your data was provided to RecruitmentStrike by a recruiter or other customer, contact that organisation first; you may also contact us if you are unsure where to direct your request.
3. Information we collect through the website
Enquiries
When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address and the information you choose to provide, which may include your company, website and details about your recruitment operation or enquiry. Please do not send CVs, candidate profiles, right-to-work information, health or diversity information, or other sensitive personal data through this form.
Optional measurement and cookie choices
If you accept optional measurement, our configured analytics provider may receive information about how you use the site, such as pages viewed, referral source, approximate location, browser and device information, and interaction events.
Google may also receive data needed to attribute and measure Google Ads, including page and referral information, browser and device information, ad-click or campaign identifiers, and a non-personal conversion reference after a contact enquiry is confirmed. We do not send your name, email address, company, message or other contact-form contents to Google Ads. Optional measurement is not loaded unless you opt in through the cookie banner.
We also store your cookie choice so that the site can remember it. Section 9 explains how to change that choice.
Security and technical data
Our hosting, security and bot-protection services may process technical information such as your IP address, browser details, requested URL, request time and signals used to distinguish genuine form submissions from automated traffic.
4. How we use website information
We use information collected through this website to:
- respond to your enquiry and discuss whether RecruitmentStrike is relevant;
- take steps you request before entering into a commercial agreement;
- understand and improve the website and measure advertising, where you have consented to optional measurement;
- operate, secure and troubleshoot the website and contact form; and
- meet legal obligations and establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
We do not sell your website enquiry data to third parties for their own marketing.
5. Our lawful bases
Depending on the context, we rely on:
- Legitimate interests — responding to business enquiries, operating and securing the site, and improving our services in a proportionate way.
- Steps before a contract — where you ask us to provide information or discuss a potential agreement.
- Consent — for optional site analytics and ad conversion measurement. You can withdraw consent at any time.
- Legal obligation — where applicable law requires us to process or retain information.
6. Who receives website information
We use service providers to run this website. Depending on how the site is configured and how you use it, these may include providers of:
- website hosting, content delivery, security and operational logging;
- transactional email delivery for contact-form enquiries;
- bot protection, including Cloudflare Turnstile; and
- site analytics and Google Ads conversion measurement, but only after you have accepted optional measurement.
We may also disclose information to professional advisers, courts, regulators or public authorities where reasonably necessary or legally required, and in connection with a corporate transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
7. International processing
Some service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where data-protection law requires a transfer safeguard, we use an applicable mechanism such as an adequacy regulation or approved contractual terms. You can contact us for more information about safeguards relevant to your data.
8. How long we keep website information
We keep enquiry information only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage the resulting business relationship and meet legal, accounting or dispute requirements. Technical and analytics information is retained in line with the configuration and retention periods of the relevant service. We review retention needs and delete or anonymise information when it is no longer required.
9. Cookies and analytics controls
The site uses storage that is necessary to remember your cookie preference. Optional site analytics and ad conversion measurement are enabled only if you accept optional measurement on the cookie banner. The configured measurement technology may place or read cookies after consent.
You can change or withdraw this consent at any time using the Cookie settings control in the footer. Rejecting optional measurement saves the new choice and reloads the current page so previously loaded measurement tags stop running. Browser settings can also block or delete cookies, although blocking necessary storage may prevent the site from remembering your choice.
10. Your data-protection rights
Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law may give you rights to access, correct or erase your personal data; restrict or object to its processing; receive certain data in a portable format; and withdraw consent where consent is the lawful basis. These rights are not absolute and exemptions may apply.
To exercise a right relating to this website, email privacy@recruitmentstrike.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request and will respond within the period required by applicable law.
11. Complaints
Please contact us first if you have a concern. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK supervisory authority:

12. Children
This website and its enquiry form are intended for business users and are not directed at children. If you believe a child has submitted personal data through the site, please contact us.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the website, its providers or applicable requirements change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
